Mission

Write Your Future is a global charity campaign that aims to support and empower women in need through education and learning. The campaign seeks to enhance their self-identity, awaken their awareness of self-fulfillment, and foster the belief that every woman can have a vision of happiness and beauty.

Vision

Lancôme has consistently strived to achieve its brand objectives by affirming women's self-worth and helping them radiate confidence and beauty from within. Recognizing the existing social issues women face, Lancôme launched the Write Your Future charitable initiate in 2017, which has expanded to 20 participating countries and regions worldwide.

Select 150 high school female students to participate in the project

Workshop

Acquire insights into women's vision and the essential requirements for initiating a business venture

Mentorship

Mentorship sessions to facilitate discussions on project progress, impart business acumen and develop entrepreneurial mindset

Proposal

Integrate the acquired knowledge from workshops to formulate an innovative business proposal

Presentation

Present the final proposal to the panel of judges

Back to school and share the proposals to empower and inspire more young women

Target Audience

In Hong Kong, we are committed to empowering high school female students in need by providing them with the necessary skills training and cultivating entrepreneurial abilities. We aim to create more opportunities for young women and help them achieve their dreams.

In 2024, Write Your Future program in Hong Kong has reached its third iteration. It aims to broaden young women's horizons, unleash their innovative and creative talents, and enable them to script their destinies. This 4-month program involves workshops, volunteer mentorship, and guest speakers' sessions. The program introduces female students to the current prospects for women, explores the beauty retail trends in the digital economy, and cultivates entrepreneurial instincts and essential skills for the future workplace. Lancôme hopes that young women can gain more opportunities for learning and practical experience through this program, empowering them to change their destinies.
